Description and applications
These tags mark equipment that has been taken out of use and must not be used until it is checked or repaired, such as a faulty ladder, tool, vehicle or machine. Hang one on the item itself so the warning travels with it to the workshop or storeroom.
A tag hangs directly on the switch, valve or machine, so the warning stays with the equipment instead of on a wall nearby. A black exclamation mark inside a yellow triangle is the warning symbol, used for a hazard that needs care but is not expected to be fatal.
Size and material: 100 x 150mm, cardboard, single use, in packs of 100. The cardboard tags are single use, a low cost choice for one-off isolations and short jobs. Sold as a pack of 100.
