Star Aluminium 1800mm Folding Platform Ladder

Reaching high shelving or overhead fixtures in a busy warehouse requires a stable base that can be moved quickly between tasks. The Star SFP1800 provides this elevated access, serving as a reliable alternative to traditional ladders when a wider, more secure standing area is needed for maintenance crews and facility managers working at height.

This platform simplifies the transition between different work zones thanks to a spring-loaded mobility system. Heavy-duty castors engage automatically when the platform is unloaded, allowing a single operator to glide the unit across a workshop floor without manual lifting. Once in position, the unit provides a steady footing, while the hinged boom arm manages safe access to the platform. The one-person folding design is a major advantage for those using utes or vans, as the frame collapses to a thickness of 320mm for efficient transport and storage in tight storerooms.

Constructed from a lightweight aluminium alloy, this 6-step platform reaches a platform height of 1800mm. These specifications ensure the unit remains portable while supporting the demands of industrial use. It is a fit-for-purpose tool for any facility manager tasked with high-level warehouse maintenance.
