Description and applications
This megaphone is for emergency coordinators, wardens and responders who need to be heard across a busy or noisy site. A 25W amplifier and horn speaker carries a message up to 500m, so announcements and instructions reach people well beyond arm's reach.
The microphone is on a curly cable and detaches at the rear, so you can raise the megaphone overhead and still speak clearly. A built-in siren generator gets attention straight away when an urgent warning is needed. The trigger activation keeps operation simple and saves power when the unit is not being used.
It is fully portable and needs 8 C batteries, which you supply separately, giving around 8 hours of use. The unit weighs 1.45kg without batteries and is about 24 wide, 24 high and 35.5 deep in centimetres. A strap over the shoulder makes carrying from one location to the next simple.
