The Gibson Breeze is a versatile sun hat designed for outdoor environments where sun protection is essential. Made in Australia, it features a high crown and a 9cm brim to shield the wearer from UV rays. The construction utilises single-sided cotton drill bonded to an open-cell foam layer and finished with a nylon interior. To maintain its curved shape, the brim edge is reinforced with wire and wrapped in polyester tape. For improved airflow, the hat includes an open mesh gusset and an absorbent lining across the brow to manage perspiration. The cotton drill used for the top and brim is rated UPF 50+. For those requiring specific configurations, a full gusset lining can be added as a custom request. A white and green colourway is available, featuring a green underside on the brim to help minimise light reflection.
