Description and applications
These are replacement blades for large snap-off cutters. Each blade is carbon steel, 18 mm high and divided into eight serrated segments; when the tip goes dull the used segment is snapped off and a fresh edge is ready without changing the whole blade. Blade size in millimetres: 110 x 18 x 0.5.
They fit all large 18 mm snap cutters, including the large cutters in this range, and come in a tube of ten that keeps spare blades together in a toolbox or drawer.
Common uses are cartons, packaging, plasterboard, carpet, vinyl and insulation in warehouses, workshops and on site. Snapped segments should go into a blade disposal container or the snapper on the cutter, never loose into a bin.
