The construction features a double-sided cotton drill bonded to open cell foam, ensuring the headwear is rugged enough for demanding environments. A key feature is its packable design, allowing the hat to be flattened for storage and regain its form once put on. For added comfort during long shifts, the micromesh gusset is lined with terry towelling. The wide brim is finished with flexible edging to maintain its shape. This headwear is washable and provides UPF 50+ protection, meeting the requirements of AS/NZS 4399:2017 for sun protective clothing. It is available in various colours and sizes to suit different site requirements.
