This storage unit is designed specifically for holding organic peroxides in both liquid and solid forms. It meets the requirements of AS2714 for safe handling and storage. The construction uses double walled galvanised steel for durability and protection. Internal components are built to resist chemical exposure and maintain integrity over time.
The cabinet prevents heat ingress and contains any potential leaks or spills. Ventilation points include flash arresters to stop flame propagation. Doors close automatically and are held shut by magnetic catches that release under pressure. This helps manage internal pressure build up during storage.
It is used in labs, workshops and facilities where organic peroxides are handled. The sump at the base captures liquids to avoid contamination. Shelves can be adjusted to suit different container sizes. Optional extra shelves are available for increased capacity.
