P2 Flat Fold Respirator with Valve

This is a disposable respiratory protection device designed for single use in environments where airborne particles are present. It features a flatfold design that allows it to be easily stored in a pocket or small pouch when not in use. The respirator includes a valve to reduce heat and moisture buildup during extended wear. It is constructed without any metal components, making it suitable for use in settings where metal detection is a concern. The continuous loop strap, referred to as easystrap, provides a secure and comfortable fit without the need for adjustment. Each unit is individually packaged to maintain hygiene until point of use. The lining is engineered to absorb sweat, enhancing comfort during prolonged wear in warm or physically demanding conditions. An enclosed nose clip ensures a secure seal around the bridge of the nose without exposing metal. The product is certified to meet the AS/NZS 1716 standard for respiratory protection. It is intended for use in medical, grinding, sanding and other dusty environments where protection against fine particulates is required. The shelf life is three years from the date of manufacture when stored in appropriate conditions. Each card contains three respirators for convenient distribution or personal use.
