The pre-cut layers replace the stock padding and let each item sit in its own cavity, so nothing shifts when the vehicle hits corrugations or the case gets stacked on a ute tray. Installation takes minutes: peel the base layer, press the pre-scored blocks out to match your equipment profile, then drop the convoluted lid layer on top. The foam holds its shape after repeated removal and replacement, so you can reconfigure the layout when the kit changes without buying a new insert.
