The brim is specifically shaped to ensure most earmuff styles can be worn comfortably without interference. To manage heat and moisture, the hat features a micromesh gusset reinforced with terry towelling for added comfort during long shifts. Both the crown and the brim are constructed from double-sided cotton drill, providing a rugged finish suitable for demanding outdoor environments. Designed and produced in Australia, this headwear meets AS/NZS 4399:2019 requirements for sun protective clothing, offering UPF 50+ protection to help prevent sun damage on the job.
