It is constructed from heavy-duty, double-sided cotton drill bonded to open-cell foam, making it tough enough for various site activities. The hat is both washable and squashable, allowing users to pack it flat without losing its original form once worn. For heat management and visibility, the hat features a micro mesh gusset available in high-visibility yellow or orange, while the crown and brim are navy. A terry towelling backing on the gusset increases wearer comfort during long shifts. The 9cm wide brim includes flexible brimlock edging to maintain its shape. Providing UPF 50+ protection, this headwear is suitable for workers requiring reliable sun shielding. When ordered with a large or extra large brim, the product meets AS/NZS 4399:2017 standards for sun protective clothing.
